Many return yearly to reignite the commitment to the organization and its goals. \nOur Purpose: Building Capacity\, Strengthening Chapters \nThe purpose of the Annual Conference of the 100 Black Men of America\, Inc. is to promote brotherhood at all levels of the organization.
